By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery under eligible conditions.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

     Product must be unused and in original condition

     Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be available

     Product should not be damaged, washed, altered, or used after delivery

     Request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For claims related to:

     Damaged product

     Wrong product received

     Missing items

     Empty package

A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

     Start before opening the package

     Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label

     Show the issue in a single continuous recording

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products/items are not eligible for return or refund:

     Used or worn products

     Washed or damaged products after delivery

     Customized or personalized products

     Products purchased during clearance or final sale

     Gift cards or promotional items

     Products without original packaging/tags

4. Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange request:

     Order Number

     Registered Email or Mobile Number

     Reason for return/exchange

     Product images/videos

     Unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will review the request within reasonable business timelines.

If approved, return instructions will be shared.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

     Reverse pickup service may be available depending on your location

     If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product

     Customers should retain shipment proof until completion

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

     Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit

     Refund timelines depend on banks/payment providers

     Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is from our side

We reserve the right to reject refunds if products fail quality checks.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If unavailable:

     Store credit, alternate product, or refund may be provided

Price difference must be paid for higher-value exchanges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and return policy applies.

9. Fraud Prevention

     Reject suspicious claims

     Block accounts with excessive returns

     Request additional verification

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
